Brand Customization Settings In EasyDesk

This guide explains how to customize your EasyDesk brand settings to match your company's identity across the support portal, feedback pages, roadmap, and changelog. 

Access Brand Customization Settings 

Brand customization options are available under the Brand section inside Settings. 

 

Steps To Access 

  1. Open the EasyDesk dashboard. 

  1. Select Settings from the left sidebar. 

  1. Select Brand. 

  1. Stay on the Customization tab by default. 

Brand Profile 

Brand profile controls basic brand information visible on your support portal. 

What You Can Manage 

  • Brand name 

  • Location 

  • Email 

  • Phone number 

  • Website 

Steps To Edit Brand Profile 

 

  1. Locate the Brand profile card. 

  1. Select Edit. 

  1. Update the required fields. 

  1. Save changes to apply instantly. 

Logo And Icon 

Visual identity ensures consistent branding across the portal. 

Available Options 

  • Logo upload 

  • Logo icon upload 

  • Brand primary color 

Steps To Customize Logo and Color 

 

  1. Go to the Customization card. 

  2. Select Edit. 

  3. Upload a new logo image. 

  4. Upload a logo icon for compact views. 

  5. Choose a brand color using the color picker or hex code. 

  6. Save to apply updates. 

 

Portal URL 

Portal URL defines the public-facing support portal address. 

 

Steps To Update Portal URL 

  1. Locate the Portal URL section. 

  1. Select Edit. 

  1. Update the subdomain if available. 

  1. Save changes to update the portal address. 

Default Channel 

The default channel assigns tickets created from the support portal automatically. 

 

Steps To Set Default Channel 

  1. Locate the Default channel section. 

  2. Select Edit. 

  3. Choose the preferred support channel. 

  4. Save to confirm the selection. 

 

Automatic BCC Email 

Automatic BCC helps keep internal teams copied on ticket communications. 

 

Steps To Add BCC Email 

  1. Open the Automatic BCC email section. 

  1. Select an Add email. 

  1. Enter the email address. 

  1. Save to apply across all ticket conversations. 

 

Font Customization 

Font customization controls typography across headings and subheadings. 

Available Font Settings 

  • Heading font 

  • Heading font size 

  • Subheading font 

  • Subheading font size 

Steps To Customize Fonts 

 

  1. Locate the Font customization section. 

  1. Select preferred fonts from dropdowns. 

  1. Choose font sizes for headings and subheadings. 

  1. Select Save to apply typography changes. 

 

Remove EasyDesk Branding 

Branding removal controls EasyDesk visibility on the support portal. 

 

Steps To Manage Branding Visibility 

  1. Find the Remove EasyDesk branding option. 

  1. Toggle the switch to enable or disable. 

  1. Changes apply immediately based on plan eligibility. 

Business Hours 

Business hours define when support availability is active. 

 

Steps To Configure Business Hours 

  1. Open the Business hours section. 

  1. Select Edit. 

  1. Set working days and hours. 

  1. Mark off days as required. 

  1. Save to apply scheduling rules. 

 

Holidays And Off Days 

Holidays ensure accurate SLA and availability handling. 

 

Steps To Add Holidays 

  1. Locate Holidays & Offlays. 

  1. Select Add holidays. 

  1. Enter holiday name and date. 

  1. Save block availability for selected days. 

 

Content Customization 

Content settings control headings, subheadings, and visibility across portal pages.

Steps To Edit Content Text 

  1. Scroll to the Content section. 

  1. Select Edit under the relevant page block. 

  1. Update headings, subheadings, or toggles. 

  1. Save to reflect changes on the portal instantly.
